Recht und Wiederaufbau nach Krisen ist das Thema der Ausgabe 2022 von Rechtskultur. Die Herausgeber wollen sich auf das Recht als Instrument des Social Engineering konzentrieren und darauf, wie es zum Wiederaufbau der Gesellschaft nach sehr unterschiedlichen Krisen wie dem 30-jährigen Krieg, den Cholera-Pandemien oder dem Fall der Berliner Mauer eingesetzt wurde.

Law and Reconstruction after crisis will be the theme for the 2022 volume of Rechtskultur. The editors want to focus on law as a tool for social engineering and how it has been applied to reconstruct society after very different crises like the 30-years war, the cholera pandemics or the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Recht und Wiederaufbau nach Krisen

Die Herausgeber bitten um Beiträge aus allen relevanten Wissenschaftsbereichen mit einer maximalen Länge von 100 000 Zeichen. Die Beiträge sollten unter rechtskultur@ur.de bis zum 30. Oktober 2022 eingereicht werden. Alle Beiträge werden einem Peer-Review-Verfahren unterzogen, und die Zulassung zur Veröffentlichung hängt allein von der Qualität des Beitrags ab.

Law and Reconstruction after crisis

The editors welcome contributions from all relevant fields of science with a maximum length of 100 000 characters. Contributions should be submitted by using rechtskultur@ur.de within 30. October 2022. All contributions will be peer reviewed, and admittance for publications rests on the merits of the contribution alone.
